The Strategic Development team specialises in residential and mixed-use developments promoting sites through the planning process to onward disposal or development depending on the individual site characteristics and circumstances.

Working closely with local authorities, we seek to create and enhance sustainable communities bringing new homes and community led opportunities.  We have close links with national, regional and a number of local housebuilders and work closely with their teams in optimising the development mix.
